It wont let me sign in

I installed windows messenger a while back an it worked
perfectly. i then heard about msn messenger 5.0 so i
decided to download it...it work fine until 3 days ago
when it said my :sign in name does not exist
assword is incorrect
:the service may be temporarily down
so i decided to start running windows messenger again
until last night when it said that there is a problem
with the service temporarily or my internet
connections.........so i used my laptop to try and log in
using windows messenger..i used the same user name and
password an it managed to sign me in...it is quite
important that i get it up and running again....please
help me

The quickest solution for this would be to just use System Restore to restore your computer
back to when it was working. To do so, click Start, then Help & Support, then 'Undo changes
to my computer using System Restore' and restore back to when it was working.
