MSN Chatrooms / Add contacts

Hi

1. Are there such things as chatrooms in MSN? (similar with MIRC?)

2. I want to search for known friends, but I don't know their email address. Is there a database somewhere where I can search based on only first name and last name and it gives me their email address so that I can add them to my MSN list?
