MSN Messenger changing status by itself
Greetings,
I run MSN Messenger 6.2 on XP Pro. I am getting fairly frustrated because it seems to randomly change status. IE: I'll set my status to 'away' retun in a few hours and see a bunch of waiting messages because the status has somehow switched to 'online.' As best I can remember, it only changes various other status' ('away', 'busy', 'offline') to 'online' and never vice versa. I suspect it may have something to do with Windows Messenger, which I have already uninstalled. This is now the second computer of mine that this happens too. Can anyone help? |
