Default Networking, Keep getting Spooler SubSystem App Error

I have two computers both on Windows XP, accessing the
Internet through a Kingston Router. Internet access is
good to go, but the main computer I cannot seem to link
so that I can share folders and printer with the
secondary computer. Every time I try to run the Network
Wizard, it goes through most of the process the always
delivers a "Spooler SubSystem App Error". Firewalls and
AV have been disabled.

Any advice???
