outlook files
If the machines aren't networked the best way I know of
is to write the .pst to CD and then copy it to the laptop. You'll need to go into the .pst's properties after you put it on the laptop and remove the read-only attribute from the file, but it'll work. I do it all the time. Networking the machines is another option - but one that's a bit too long to go into in a newsgroup post. Take a look here if you need help with networking - http://www.practicallynetworked.com/linksnw.htm Good luck! -----Original Message----- help! how do I transfer my outlook 2000 .pst files to my laptop ??? THANKS !!! (both with XP home) . |
