how can I remove the Internet Gateway connection ?
If you have administrator rights, you should be able to
delete any of the network connections. You can then use the Wizard to re-create a proper connection. While right-clicking on a connection shows the 'delete' option grayed out, you can highlight the connection and hit the delete key, and the system should prompt you if you are sure you want to delete the connection. Confirm 'yes' and it should be gone. Hope this helps. Thanks, Jack -----Original Message----- I have upgraded a window 2000 to XP, with an http server. This machine connects thru a router to the internet. However I can't access the http server from outside my LAN (i.e. from the internet), while it works perfectly ok inside my home LAN. I noticed that in the Netwrok Connection folder that my LAN connections is not connected to the router directly but thru an "Internet Gateway" I have no idea from where this comes, I assume this is the problem for my http server. Any ideas how to delete it ? Thanks Gabi . |
