Default Multiple network cards

I have a Dell 650 Workstation running XP with a Intel(R)
PRO/1000 MTW Network Connection adapter connected to the
company network. I also have a Linksys EG1032 v2 Instant
Gigabit Network adapter connected to a Linksys SD2008
10/100/1000 GB Switch which in turn is connected to a
local NAS server. When I was running Windows 2000 I
could connect to the company network and the NAS server
with no problem. I have since install Windows XP and if
both NICs are enabled I cannot get out the the company
network. If I disable the Linksys card I then have the
company connection but have lost the NAS connectivity. I
have reordered the adapters so the Intel card if first
and the Linksys is second under Advanced Settings on the
Network Connections screen but that did not fix the
problem. Any ideas on how to have both apapters enabled
and working at the same time? It seems whenever the
linksys card is enabled all connection goes through that
adapter.
