Default VPN non admin user TAPI adapter routes not applying

Hi there,

Trying to use a VPN client, and we have got them sufficient rights to
install and run the program, but when i (with admin privelages) connect the
vpn client, the required IP routes are
added successfully to my laptop, but if a non-admin user does the same,
the routes are not adding. Is there any way to provide sufficient rights
to a non-admin user (IE domain user) to allow this to function correctly.

All the users are part of a active directory domain.

How can we give normal (non-admin) users priveleges to allow the TAPI vpn
adapter to add IP routes for the duration of the connection?

Any help would be appreciated.
