How is that in any way worthy of a laugh?

Seems to me that Dustin has been running rings around you recently.
Whilst I've had my ups and downs with him in the past I'm confident that
he knows his stuff when it comes to hardware. He's learned from
practical experience - the BEST way to learn, in my opinion.

Have YOU ever built a computer from scratch, Pooh?

Microsoft provide the entire operating system for free. How can you
complain that, on principle, they must include a few trivial games?

I can complain about anything my little heart desires. It ain't just the
games, btw. Windows 10 is a store and spyware.

On 09/30/16 01:06, David B so wittily quipped:
The firm demonstrated security features exclusive to Windows 10 at its
Microsoft Ignite conference in Atlanta today - using the event to reveal
a new safeguard that will be added to Windows 10's Edge browser next year.

whoopee twiddle. Now, I ask THIS question: why doesn't Micro-****
BACK-PORT those "security features" to 7 and 8.x, hmmm???

Or, do they have a heinous side-effect on user privacy and/or the
ability to use your OWN computer YOUR way???

Microsoft is a corporation, in business for one purpose only - to make a
profit for shareholders! :-)

Or, do they have a heinous side-effect on user privacy and/or the
ability to use your OWN computer YOUR way???

Hundreds of millions of people are now using Windows 10. There *IS* no
going back, in my opinion.

Btw, there *IS* no privacy if one uses the Internet! (Regardless of the
operating system one chooses!)

If these *******s at Microsoft know how to safeguard a browser then it
would be nice if they implemented the patch now, not nexxt frigging
year. Windows 10 sucks; Microsoft sucks.

I was considering asking MS to make good OS, but they probably don't
know how.

Last night I turned on my computer and found a new version of Windows
that didn't suck. Then I woke up.

Why does he need to be an electrician gopher to survive?

MS is talking about putting their browser inside a Virtual Machine, not
about a Virtual Private Network. I realize it's difficult to keep track
of all of the overused term's various meanings, but there is a
difference between a VM and a VPN.

A VM is a low-level machine-level isolation layer, which makes the
application running inside the VM think like it's got the entire machine
to itself. Whereas, a VPN is a higher-level isolation layer for network
connections.

What would be more useful in a browser? I'd say VPN is much more useful,
it hides your identity better. A VM doesn't hide your identity at all,
all it's there to do is make sure if your browser gets infected by
malware, it won't affect the rest of the system.

They never did, unless you are talking about the Alpha testing
