I bought a new Win 10 PC. Is there any way I can transfer a program
(Microsoft Streets) that I currently run on my old Win 10 PC? I
cannot locate the original install disc, nor registration SN.

Microsoft Streets 2013 Trial
https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/down....aspx?id=30173
Install the product key to remove the 14-day expiration.

Yep, Microsoft discontinued that product back on July 7, 2014. It's
been dead so long the worms don't bother scrounging its grave anymore.
Does it still get updates?

Use something like Belarc Advisor or Magic Jellybean to get the product
keys (and print them to store away where you CAN locate them). Check if
Streets is listed for a product key. If so, you can use it to remove
the expiration from the trial version.

Why not use something more recent and not dead? You can search
Microsoft's store on "maps" and find lots of choices, like Microsoft's
own "Windows Maps" app (free). There are LOTS of /living/ choices
rather than trying to resurrect the dead and end up with a zombie.

The short answer is "maybe, but it probably wouldn't be easy."

But rather than trying to transfer a program that was last updated 6 years
ago, why not use what's already included with Windows? Look for "Maps" in the
Start Menu. It's bound to be more current than Streets.

(In my area, there have been such large changes that I wouldn't trust
something more than a few months old to pick the "best" route.)

You can look into this. I have no idea if it works, I just had a
friend send me the link but he too had no trial with it yet.

I have used the MS maps that comes with Windows 10 and I personally like
Google Earth better.

The color scheme in MS maps I find difficult to use. For primary roads
they can be seen easily, but for the local streets and roads the colors
are to near the color of the background to see them (I would think you
could change the color scheme, but so far I have not figured out how to
do it.)

My second problem with MS maps is it is difficult to compare different
routs between the same locations

Because of this I use Google Earth Pro for my map needs.

There is one draw back to Google Earth Pro and that is its need for an
internet connection. because of this I use MS Maps on my tablet.
