How can i change my default language to spanish in
windows xp.example i want it to be in spanish(everything)
so i can do it for mother

You can change some of the language features via Start, Settings,
Control Panel, Regional and Language Options.

If you want all of Windows in Spanish then you need to buy and
install the Spanish version of Windows XP!
