Default ACSD error

Hi, over the last couple of days, my broadband periodically has quit
working. I've had to restart WindowsXP. As it's closing down, it tells me
"acsd.exe" isn't responding. It sounds like some kind of windows problem.
I've checked the Microsoft Knowledge base and came up with nothing. Any
help would be appreciated.

Talk to AOL. Personally even though I still have AOL I haven't seen your
issue, but they'd be the folks to consult since I don't have your particular
problem.
