Performance Logon & Service
Hello,
When I start my PC running XP the performance is slow. Based on Bootvis I discovered the following: a.. The overall boot time takes 116.3 seconds b.. The logon + service takes 35 seconds c.. The process naifltr.sys takes quite some time d.. Regular network delays.. always 6 sec. Please advise Peter |

Without a whole lot more detail it's hit or miss as to what your problem is.
Odds are it's related to McAfee AV, but it could be PerfectDisk or even MS. Although with the latter two it's an issue on Win2K rather than WinXP.
