Default error 1603, 1628

I am trying to install a game and it comes up with the error message 1603 and tells me to consult windows installer Help (msi.chm) or msdn for more information. I have loaded this game previously with no poblems, so don't understand why I am now having pr
oblems, any advice would be appreciated. Thanks Virginia
