Default Network XP Pro to existing 2000 server

Trying to configure new XP Pro computer to existing 2000
Server. Took all of the old IP settings from previous
Windows 2000 computer and have used the exact setting on
the new XP Pro computer. Workgroup is the same yet I am
unable to see server.

Can you provide step by step instructions? Thank you
