Default need error message determination and correction

the following message shows on the desktop after
startup: could not load the target dll ("C:Program
Files\BackWeb\BackWeb Client\6.2.3.66
\Program\BackWeb.dll", error code 126)

Assistance would be appreciated in finding problem and
remedy. Thank you.

Code 126 means can't find the file.

Possibly because it's been deleted. This is a program your computer =
manufacturer put on the computer.
