Default hour glass still there

i have the same problem as others. Hour glass wont go
away even when idle. i got "spybot"and "hijack this" and
used each. When using spybot it got rid of lots of stuff
but there are 9 items it tries to get rid of and it shows
it deletes them but when i scan again, these 9 items are
still there,,,,what now?

The spyware or adware that is on your system is reinstalling itself, by
design.

You need to identify the particular spyware or adware program(s) that are on
your computer and then search the Internet to (hopefully) find removal
instructions specific to these programs.
