By what method or application do you measure the speed of your CPU?

Strange you should say that cos my Jeep has been losing performance.. a
quick check showed that the original 4.0l inline six had become a 2.4l
inline four just after lunch, and then the very next day it was a Nissan
1.6l.. I'm kinda hoping that it changes into a fuel efficient 460cu in very
soon.. this slow stuff is getting me down..

Is this a laptop? Check your power options. If anything
other than "always on" is selected, the newer laptops will
reduce the processor speed to save on battery power even
when connected to AC. It's a "feature".
