Actually, there is one thing bothering me. I go to a local computer expert
and I can connect through with his line. The same line I can connect with my laptop. Now I have re-installed the winxp and the same thing. Is this related to hi-jacked? Please help. I snipped solely because I've learned to try to conserve 'bandwidth' - I accept all the guidance you posted for Scarlett. I am NOT trying to be disruptive - just learn more everyday! Rather than "piggyback" onto someone else's thread (especially someone so
distraught/confused as Scarlett), it'd be best to begin your own new thread, BD. That being said... Yes, I'm very familiar with such HijackThis log analyzers. Most of us consider them pretty useless: Nothing beats an experienced, eagle-eye when it comes to interpreting HijackThis logs. Things are changing by the minute and no one database will /ever/ be able to keep up with it (especially Trend Micro, who recently purchased HijackThis from Merijn and who's trying to incorporate an automatic interpreter into its new, upcoming build). -- ~Robear Dyer (PA Bear) MS MVP-Windows (IE, OE, Security, Shell/User) AumHa VSOP & Admin; DTS-L.org BoaterDave wrote: Hi Robear Please forgive me popping in here ...................
