ECHO
Why do I have so much echo on my end. We have adjusted the mike and speakers
but it is really loud, if I have the sound up high enough to hear. I'm sure it must be the way we have it configured.. What am I missing? Thanks |

ECHO
Greetings Oliver,
If you go through the Audio Tuning Wizard (open up the main Messenger window, click the Tools menu, then Audio Tuning Wizard), where you're asked which sound devices to use, make sure that 'I am using headphones' is *not* checked, this will turn on the echo cancellation functionality. Unfortunately the best solution to remove echo is for both sides to simply use a pair of headphones with your mic or a headset. ____________________________________________ Jonathan Kay Microsoft MVP - Windows Messenger/MSN Messenger Associate Expert http://www.microsoft.com/windowsxp/expertzone/ Messenger Resources - http://messenger.jonathankay.com "OliverK" wrote in message ...
