Why are you still keeping a copy of my copyrighted photo on
your dropbox account? You don't have my permission to have it. AND,
you're well aware of the fact you do NOT have my permission for any
of my things. Are you going to delete it yourself, or does dropbox
need to do it for you? And, you can thank the remailer for bringing
it to my attention. I really forgot all about it.

See, David, just another example of you not being what you claim to
be. A good guy doesn't take copies of other peoples things,
especially when they know for a fact already they don't have
permission to make any copies, or retain any copies, or upload any
copies elsewhere. The law doesn't apply to you though, right David?
Everyone else must follow it, but you don't need to. You're special
in that regard, right, David?

Dishonest hypocrite. What were you recently preaching about piracy? How
many times have you had dmca notices filed on you, that were ALL
upheld? Those aren't badges of honor, stupid.

I wrote this initially several days ago David.. Do I really need to
file off another DMCA notice to have my material removed from your
dropbox account (again)? Yes, I crossposted it this time to various
newsgroups you like to troll for help; I'm sure the photo people will
be especially pleased to see you happily infringing other peoples
photos with your dropbox account. You show what a 'good guy' you really
are every time you do things like this, too.

Shagnasty has put a copy of a photograph of me on his website - which he
obtained in a similar manner.

If you don't want other people to see things, don't post them online -
ANYWHERE!

I *DO* consider them "a badge of honour". I demonstrated just how

Your posts are more a reflection of YOUR poor character, Dustin.

Are you still proud of being a Black-Hat hacker - a writer of real-life

I don't believe you.

LOL, I didn't lose mine, thanks. I appreciate you being so candid
with knowingly and intentionally going out of your way at this point
to violate my copyright in front of all of the newsgroups I selected
for you. I'm sure the professionals in the digital photography
newsgroup appreciate knowing about your complete lack of concern for
the concept of copyright. Perhaps they'll take that into
consideration if they interact with you in the future.

Sure, you like to pretend you care when you attack me for copyright
related matters, but, by your own words and repeated actions, it's
clear you don't give two ****s about copyright law and never actually
did. It was all a ruse for trolling purposes.

I don't know what you mean by similar, as you well know, the
copyright owner of this picture granted permission for it to be
shared freely:

https://upload.picpaste.me/image/ASN6T

OTH, At no time have I granted you permission to share or otherwise
retain copies of my things. Infact, I've repeatedly denied you such
permission. So, there's nothing similar about this. And, I'm not him,
so what you did with my picture isn't going to cause your censored
version to be removed anytime soon from your special page.

If you don't want other people to see things, don't post them
online - ANYWHERE!

That's the same thing you told Betty when you did the same thing with
her private material, too. Well, in spirit of what you wrote, here's
something you shouldn't have ever shared via the registration of that
now defunct website of yours.

Shadow, Would you like to take bets on whether or not Snit calls

another one to another site. Where's that little hypocrite Snit now?

You were pretending to not read my posts. I do not support anyone
violating anyone's copyright -- but in this case seems both sides are
doing so and neither is willing to stop. I can put in my two cents: I
wish it would stop. I do not agree. Period.

My speaking of it though is not likely to change anything, nor will it
stop me from speaking kindly to you, Shadow, or David.

But keep in mind you just made it VERY clear your claims to have me in
your KF are a lie (as if it was not already clear!)

You put your photograph in the public domain. More fool you. I'm not
surprised, though, that you don't want folk to see what you looked like!
And the give-away grassy 'tufts' I found on Google StreetView! ;-)

Do you know, Dustin - it sounds as if *you* are CONTROLLING what happens
on someone else's website. I've been led to believe that HACKERS can do
such things - as can people who have no need to use AV software when
using Windows XP - someone "beyond a Power User" I believe you said!

Has Apd seen the Google StreetView - the one which you had to get Google
to blur out? But where they left the grassy tufts showing - and a small
part of your tatty white van too?

simple question.

I'm going to take no further action.

Don't take life so seriously! :-D

How sad is that? :-(

Just how much have you been drinking today David?

Zilch!

Nothing since 21st March 2018.

Liar.

False - It's the *TRUTH*. :-)

I don't believe you, but that shouldn't matter to you.

What specifically do
you think is being obfuscated in my headers by me? I don't
think you even know what you accused me of.

You 'doctor' your headings - you've said so yourself - so that
it's more difficult to track you.

That's not actually what I wrote, in either case. You should
re-read what I wrote for comprehension, this time.

I checked with Wolfgang - he knows from the header the name of the
poster. He also said, in response to my question:-

May I also ask why the Message ID is so much longer than the
norm?

That's the way XNews creates message-ids :-(

That's not an MID, and, the extra space isn't present on any of the
posts I recently checked. If you'd like to repost the MID you're
questioning, I'll look into it.

Why are you so bothered about anyone 'following you'? If you are
frightened of repercussions, simply disappear from Usenet.

I've been on usenet for longer than your IT experience, heh, I'll
come and go as I like, as I have for the last nearly thirty
years.

I started with computers before you were BORN, Dustin! ;-)

Your definition of started would differ from mine, then, David. I
don't consider the time you spent with introduction to vacuum tube
computers in royal navy as having an IT experience. Atleast, not one
of any significance since the PC revolution.

Point is, you have decades on me, but you've nothing to show for it
knowledge wise concerning the machine in front of you, or how the
interaction with, say, you and I takes place here on usenet.

Are you going to remove my picture from your dropbox account, or
do I need to file another dmca and have them do it for you,
David? It's a simple question.

I'm going to take no further action.

I'll take care of it myself, then. I appreciate your refusal to honor
my request and delete a copy of something you don't own and have no
right to. Do keep your decision in mind in the future should you ask
anything of me. I might remember how things went in this civil
discussion and tell you to pound sand, instead.

Don't take life so seriously! :-D

Your hypocrisy is a serious matter, and, your stalking isn't a joke
to be taken lightly, either.

My post to Eternal-September 'abuse' email address:-

Hello

I’d like to check if this message header is genuine. I’d be grateful for
your help.

The extra 'space' between "patient" and "Spider" is quite evident.

I *started* when I was about 7 or 8 building such things as Crystal Sets
- winding copper wire around a toilet-roll tube to make a coil! A bit
like this:-

I have an eye for detail. Sometimes things just don't add up.

How did Mark Allan react when you contacted him? You do recall saying
you would do so a while back?)
