Default "Not enough storage is available to process this" error with usb m

I am trying to install a Logitec USB track ball mouse and I keep getting the
error "Not enough storage is available to process this command". Does anybody
know how I can fix this to get this mouse installed.

Thanks

Did you login as administrator for the install?
Did your Logitec USB Track Ball Mouse come with a Tech Support info?
Have you called the Tech Support for Help ?
