Then you're old enough to know how to avoid starting a childish

You're not impressing any people with the slightest awareness by
promoting piracy of Windows and Office. Your "easy tricks" to,
you claim, get these valuable products for "free" are not safe
to use - you are advertising your own willful ignorance by implying
that they're any different from other methods of pirating commercial
software.

Can you define "not safe to use", I laugh when people make blanket
statements but supply no facts. This shows your ignorance, not mine.

This is a simple script to activate Office via a friendly kms server.
Nothing unsafe here. Open it in notepad and read it. Tricking KMS
activation has been a thing for a long, long time now. I use a script
but there are a lot of KMS activation tools out there. Microsoft knows
about this but does nothing to stop it because they don't really care
all that much. If they cared at all, MS could fix this but they choose
not to. Why?

MS is after businesses but not little people. Little people would
never buy overpriced MS products anyway, so MS is not losing a cent
there. No business is going to take a chance, though, cuz MS will sue
their asses off. Business is where the money is and MS knows it.

I wish I could find the article written by a MS person. He said
something like "if you are going to pirate software, let it be MS
software. People who try the software may someday buy it. The article
said it so much better than me but I can't find it.

It is not hard to set up a kms server to activate Windows products. I
read an interesting tutorial about this last night. MS even supplies
the neccessary certificates for activation, according to the article.
To be clear, I have not got the time or inclination to run a kms
server and have no more knowledge about this than what I read in the
tutorial. It sounds super easy.

Stay tuned folks, I will soon be posting links to open, public MSDN
sites. Nothing fishy about the sites but most people don't know where
to find them. Everything from Windows 3.1, XP, Vista, Win 7, 8.1, to
all versions of Windows 10, LTSB and soon LTSC, all versions of MS
Orifice and much more. You can use the Windows and Office Genuine ISO
Verifier to make sure these are the real deal. One of these libraries
belongs to a senior MDL (My Digital Life forum) member. Great forum,
btw. Those that don't like my posts should killfile me now as I have
much more on tap.

You better hurry.
Poor people everywhere need MS Office to better their lives

I still don't understand how MS office betters anyones life. Sure it's
a full featured word processor, but I can write a resume in Libre, I can
read word docs in Libre, I can do almost anything in Libre.

There was an article, wish I could find the link, where the author wrote
that Libre has more features than Office, at least in the writer part.

You don't have to change the cmd to txt, just right click and do 'open
with' and find notepad and use it. Just don't check the 'remember' box.

I have a valid copy of Office 2007, which is giving me a PITA response when
I put it on re-imaged Windows machines, saying that the number of licenses
is used up even though it's not in use anywhere.

I'm still within my 30 uses so I haven't called Microsoft yet since the
Internet activation fails.

I wonder if this 2016 KMS??? method will work for the 2007 MS Office.
Does it?

No, sorry. Office 2007 did not use kms activation. there are serial
numbers everywhere for office 2007. If I have time I will post a
working serial. Not as easy as it sounds though cuz I will have to
install 2007 to try the serial.

Absolutely a true story:

A little while back I installed this on a ladies computer. She is on
welfare and even food is scarce. She used MS Office to type up a
resume using one of the office templates. She got the job and is no
longer on welfare. So yes, poor people need MS Office too.

And you might be doing something illegal by posting publicly a license

Same here, the idea that "poor" people need it is simply a lame excuse
for theft.
I've met many, many poor people...and MS Office was never on their wish
list

I've used both at home, and damned if it makes a difference to me.
I did once have a spreadsheet lose formatting going from MS to libre, but
that was maybe 8 years ago.

Thanks for answering the KMS question for Office 2007.
I don't need (or want) a serial number as there's nothing wrong with mine.

It's Microsoft who won't do the Internet activation.
I remember I had to deal with them on this years ago.

For whatever reason, they think it's been used too many times.
Over the years I've *moved* it from one machine to another, where it
started on XP and went to Win7 and now Win10.

But it's only in use on my one computer.
So it's Microsoft making my life miserable for no good reason.

Of course, I haven't bothered to call them yet, so I shouldn't complain
just yet but I had to beg them the last time where it ****es me off that I
bought it for gods sake.

I think they just don't like that it's 2007 but it works fine.
I don't need a newer version.

Even worse, if someone is already using that license code that someone
might publish, then a billion people will start using it, and then
Microsoft will kill it (if they can) where everyone loses.

I have a perfectly valid key.
It's Microsoft who is giving me a hard time (it won't do Internet
validation).

The last time this happened was a few years ago, where I called them up and
they asked how many times it was moved and I didn't remember and then they
gave me a hard time and I told them to just check their records if they
didn't know how many times it was used.

As I recall, they made me find the actual box and read off something off
the sticker on the box, which ****ed me off to no end because I had to
waste time digging it up for no good reason.

Why can't Microsoft just figure out on their own whether a key is valid or
not? Why do I have to prove it to them, when it's mine and mine alone?

They eventually gave me a code but they made that phone call miserable as
if I was a common criminal. That's what I don't like about them.

It's a valid license. I've never published it.
Anyway, I dread having to deal with them again, as I don't know where the
box is so if they ask that question, I might go postal on them.

Any unauthorized activation of Windows or Office marks the machine as
that of a software pirate - don't be naive enough to think that
Microsoft can't tell, in most cases they can.

There are many potential reasons they'd let it happen, but I wouldn't
want to test their reasoning by using a script like that.

Absolutely a true story:

A little while back I installed this on a ladies computer. She is on
welfare and even food is scarce. She used MS Office to type up a
resume using one of the office templates. She got the job and is no
longer on welfare. So yes, poor people need MS Office too.

You gave her a cracked copy of Office?

Umm...yeah, you think I should have bought her a copy? Duh!

You don't have public libraries?
Did you give her the computer too?
If she had one already, one hardly needs MS Office to type up an
entry-level resume.

This is a link to the 1click command that will activate office for 6

and changing .cmd to .txt, then notepad will open it.
I thought I would post this just to drive Winston wild

And you might be doing something illegal by posting publicly a license
code for a paid program. Just my 2 cents, and probably worth that much.

I have seen it posted many times, not exactly legal for sure, but
nobody seems to care. I mostly post information, the hacks are not
mine, but I do know how to cover my tracks, just in case.

Probably be easier just to rob someone of money, then buy the software.
Maybe that welfare woman with the new job can lend you some cash

No. Most people are illiterate here in the USA. Potus doesn't like
people smarter than him so he is imposing sanctions on libraries. Have
you not heard?

Does the library computer have Microsoft Office on it? Probably not.

Did you give her the computer too?

No she stole it herself. Just kidding, most poor people have computers
and cell phones. Cheap crappy ones but they have them.

If she had one already, one hardly needs MS Office to type up an
entry-level resume.

She asked for MS Office because she used it on her previous job. You
try telling someone who is used to MS Office to go try Libre
Office....not happening!
