Default Administrators Account

I have 2 administrator accounts set up on my system in Documents and
Settings. One has my name on it and the other has "Administrator" as it's
name.. When the system comes up, the desktop is the one with my name on it.
Can I safely delete the one named Administrator?
There is also one called "all users" and another called "default user". Are
these necessary also?
thanks

Default Administrators Account

Hi,

The default administrator is on all machines, you should leave it as a
fallback point in case something happens to your user profile (they do get
corrupted on occasion). By design, it is hidden once you have created other
administrator accounts. Windows will not allow you to delete the sole
remaining administrator account on the system, but if the one you regularly
use gets corrupted and there are no others, the only way out may be a format
and clean installation.

The "all users" is exactly what its name implies. The items found here, such
as start menu items, will be available to all user profiles on the system.
It also houses the shared documents folders. This account cannot be removed,
it is part of the system design. The .default user account is the one the
manufacturer setup for your initial usage of the system, if you are happy
with the account you created for yourself and do not desire to keep that
one, you can safely delete it.

Default Administrators Account

the "Administrator" account is the built-in account for emergencies, I don't
think it is advsable to delete it = what if you can't log on as one of the
other users? You wont get in at all if you try to delete the
"administrator" default account.
