Default Firewall and Printer sharing

Finally got the second computer to print but it will only do so if I disable
the norton Internet security and the Norton antivirus. Any suggestions? I
have a Belkin Router. Do I need to establish its firewall (not sure if it
has one)? As you can tell I have no clue about this stuff.
Thanks
