strange message at boot-up

When I boot up my computer I get a window that pops up
saying "You have signed in to Messenger on another
computer click here to sign in again" then when I click
on that another window pops up that says "You have been
signed out of .net msn service because you have signed in
at another location "Does anyone know what this is all
about? I only have one computer!
