Default Office Display Language Pack

Hi,
I am looking for the display language pack for Office 2016 Pro
I know that this pack is normally only available for VL customers.
However, perhaps someone knows a working link …
I do not talk of the editing (proofing) language pack.

I normally ignore posts from lazy *******s like Peter but since you
commented, I said what the heck. you may not know but this is Peter

Thanks for the term.
I was always searching for Display Language
Therefore, Google didn't gave me a result.

I now have downloaded the setuplanguagepack.x86.en-us_.exe
But when I try to install it, I get the Message
Couldn't install
We have a problem installing your Office program(s).
Is your internet connection working?
Do you have enough free space on your main hard drive?
Error Code: 30029-1011 (0)

I now have seen that many other users have the same problem.
MS suggests reinstalling Office.
But this seems not to help.
Who knows a better way?
