Default Mouse Jumping

On 5/28/2011 5:29 PM PT, robin typed:

| I fixed it by getting a new mouse. The one that failed

| Was it a ball mouse? It might have just needed the ball and rollers cleaned.

It was a ball mouse, and no, it didn't need cleaning;
I regularly have to do it with ball mouses.

The mouse in question would, just by itself, with no-one touching it,
jump erratically around the screen.

It happened on other computers too?

"Maybe it's like an ant hive..." "Bees man, bees have hives." "You know
what I mean. It's like one female that runs the whole show." "Yes, the
queen." "Yeah the mamma. She is bad*ss, man. I mean big." "These things
ain't ants estupido." "I know that." --Aliens movie
