Use a fake time zone and set Windows clocks to display your zone
time as one of the world clocks.
The disadvantage would be your system would use a fake time.

An eventual spyware would check your system time, not time in your
clock, so unless you fake the zone, it will get your
zone.

You need to buy a wrist watch or a clock. They are very cheap these
days as demand has fallen drastically.

Reason of not using system clock is spys look at time zone of system.

Best is not to use a computer. So you can lock your doors and windows
and only the odd fly can get in. "Spys" can't unless they plant a
bugging device. Avoid using any latest equipment such as a TV, fridge
or washing machine. They all have ability to spy on you.

Have you noticed that because of your paranoia your system clock is
completely out of sync with the rest of the world. I know China is not
part of this world but I do expect it to keep proper time that people on
this planet can work with.

Clock must not use Windows system time!

Why not? How can 3rd part program keep time? System clock keeps time
because that is how they are designed to work with your computer chips.
3rd party programs will inevitabley need to use these chips to keep
correct time.

Any?

No.

Not again. He managed to fool me. I should have known better when
somebody talks about spying!!!!!!!!!!!!1

One more for the kill file.

I did suspect something and that's why I posted the full header so that
I can analyse them in my own time and put it in my database for the
authorities. As some of you may know that I am supplying some info to
our Metropolitan Police who, I believe, are liaising with the FBI. They
are not telling me anything for security reasons as I am only the Joe
Public, but only time will be the deciding factor here.

1) Write a program.

2) wget of

http://www.whattimeisit.com/cgitime.exe?Mode=FullList

A search on "torwget" indicates people have thought about it.
You could find a version of torwget() to operate whattimeisit.com.
You only need to make one call when your clock program starts.

https://github.com/shibumi/torwget/b...ter/torwget.py

3) Grep the line from the file that is applicable.

Print the value to your console session.

Save the value for later usage.

Now, use the system high performance clock, to add an offset
to the WhatTimeIsIt synchronization information. Sleep(60).
Loop forever (slowly) giving updated times, using the
whattimeisit baseline to solve the issue of having to enter the
true time when the program starts.

__int64 time1 = 0, time2 = 0, freq = 0;
QueryPerformanceCounter((LARGE_INTEGER *) &time1);
QueryPerformanceFrequency((LARGE_INTEGER *)&freq);

QueryPerformanceCounter((LARGE_INTEGER *) &time2);
printf("t=%010.6f\n", (float)(time2-time1)/freq); === time in seconds???

Add the number of seconds, to the original whattimeisit time.

And so on.

See the fun you could have ?

If you are a good programmer, you should be able
to write a console clock in less than one page of code.
Which is the only size of program I am able to write.
You don't need fancy graphics for your computer program,
just printf() to Command Prompt console is sufficient.

I use MINGW x32 original fork, as my compiler for little
projects like this. Your choice will be determined by where
you can get a working torwget().

You just singled yourself out by posting with a clock set to
the wrong time. Notice how most of the answers precede your question.
It's like firing a flare every couple of minutes and hoping
people won't notice. They will.
