Reinstall of .Net Framework fails to fix mscoree.dll error
I was getting a few errors around mscoree.dll. I reinstalled .Net
framework and after taking about 20 minutes to reinstall, which I think is about average, I am still getting "mscoree.dll could not be loaded" when I try to run the U.S. Post Office's program, Shipping Assistant.
