Dunce in XP?
Hi everyone,
just getting on line with my new XP Home edition and was wondering is there a way to get the freeware Dunce utility to work in XP? If so how would do it? Undortunately, I'm still one of those that uses a dialup ISP connection :-(. The main reason for this is that it would auto dial for you and redial if the connection is broken. For some reason, I cannot get the "remember sign option" to work; I have to retype my password each time I log on. Any help is greatly appreciated. tia Zo |

Check that you have Client for Microsoft Networks installed. If you
have a network client installed check this: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/172430/en-us John Zo wrote: Hi everyone, just getting on line with my new XP Home edition and was wondering is there a way to get the freeware Dunce utility to work in XP? I solved the remember password problem and I also found this small no install program named Popup Dun that works just fine :-) |
