Default "bitscoal" toolbar

I have a very annoying toolbar named "bitscoal" that
keeps popping up on my browser. I have hit "View" and
unchecked it numerous times but it just keeps coming
back. Can anyone offer some advice?

You have a browser parasite installed. You can download Lavasoft Ad-aware,
or try a 'do-it-yourself' method (it is very refreshing - especially the
moment when you actually get rid of the parasite) he
