Default Owner draw toolbar button problem

Hi,
I have added the manifest file to my dll which implements the toolbar
functionality, as prescribed in MSDN "for a dll" to use XP style theme
and enable comctl 6,..

Problem is that I am not getting the WM_NOTIFY messages,.. I am using
vc7 on XP SP2,..

Is there anything else that needs to be done to get the WM_NOTIFY
messages? How else can i do the custom draw for toolbar buttons??

Please help,..

- Vivek
