Default Eliminating "Are you sure you want to..."

Each time I want to delete an item, the "Are you sure you want to delete... "
comes up. How can this be eliminated?

In the Help and Support Center search for: Recycle Bin. See the article
entitled: Prevent delete confirmation messages from appearing.

Right-click on the Recycle Bin, select Properties, uncheck "delete
confirmation dialog".
