Default Address window

For some reason a heading with the word "Address" and an input field
next to it which will display previous location ha=is appearing on the
task bar in desktop mode. I cannot delete it or move it. How can I get
rid of it?

Right click on the taskbar, select Toolbars, uncheck Address.
