Make taskbar "always on top" ?
Is there any way to make the taskbar stay on top?
On some "full screens" I would like to open some other program. Yes, I do have it not "autohide" but full screen videos hide it. Thanks |

Tap the Start key on the keyboard. Some programs won't interfere with bringing up the Start menu. Some do but you may try Ctrl+Alt+Del and then maybe hit the Start key. You can also define a hotkey in the shortcut for a program - as long as the program with focus doesn't steal that key combo or intercept all key scan codes. Yes, I do have it not "autohide" but full screen videos hide it. Anything fullscreen is, well, full screen. Video games are often fullscreen. Some won't let me out of the game. Some I use Ctrl+Alt+Del to temporarily get out. I've not bothered defining hotkeys for shortcuts. |

Thanks If you are running something in "full screen" like a movie... use Alt-Tab to cycle back to the "regular" desktop, run what ever you want to run and Alt-Tab again to go back to the movie |
