Printer Install on Windows XPproSP2
I can't re-install my printer on my XPproSP2 PC without errors. *I
continue to get installation failure errors (generally "the system cannot find the specified file). This is with both, the CD that came with my printer as well as the printer site. Printer by the way is an Epson C88. Pretty sure it's something going on in my registry and the printer and porting is fine as I went to a DOS prompt and had the printer operate. It's currently an LPT1 connection but the same symptoms come with USB on this machine. Anyone know what virgin keys I might regedit into my registry? I'm pretty sure it's something that needs tweaked in the sys registry that's holding me out.
