You can't get back to your IE home page from the weather channel page?

Or a link on weather channel page isn't working?

Why do you call it a "dll"?

What version of IE are you using? Did you get an error stating that your
missing a .dll? If so what .dll is it? Is java installed and enabled? On the
tools tab in IE open Internet options, then click the Programs tab, then
click the Manage Add-ons near the bottom. Show "Add-ons that have been used
by IE" Make sure all java related items are enabled, update the activeX
controls for those, or all items. Click ok. Try your weather page again. If
it still isn't working open Tools again, internet options, Advanced tab,
scroll to Java (Sun) make sure the box is checked, restart browser and try
the weather homepage again. If it still isn't working open Tools, internet
options, Security tab, Internet zone and click the Default level button. Try
it again. If still not working you can uninstall Java from Add/remove
programs and reinstall it. Or you can try to diagnose and repair it via the
Java console.

Default missing dll file

Hi neelove
thanks for a quick response. I am using version 6.0.2900.2180 IE
I get no error messages at all just a blank page. It happens also if i go to
say my antispy ware programs and go to help. I get a blank page if i try to
go to there website thru the help.
I did the things you suggested here and all of the Java plug-ins i
highlighted to update ActiveX and only one would not update. it said "windows
has blocked this software because it cannot varify the publisher.
name:jinstall-142-windows-1586.cab
I have had friends see this blank page and they feel that i must be missing
something but they dont know what. it use to work and even when i did a
systems restore back to a time when it did work it wouldnt.
Where do i find Java console so i can try to diagnose it from there?
thanks so much for your patience and time.

lots of places on google to find missing dlls...heres one:
http://www.dll-files.com/dllindex/dl...s.shtml?msjava

Direct whatever program searches for it to the location that you unzipped it
at, or copy it to your windows system32 dll folder.
