can't open a folder which contain a .avi file

Default can't open a folder which contain a .avi file

when i open a any folder which i had saved my films in it, windows give me th
error, "the instruction of 0x04bd0bd8 referenced memeory at 0x0000000, the
memory could not be written"
click OK to debug or Cancel to terminate....

Run checkdisc with the "F" fix option and see of it helps.

You may have a video codec installed that is causing a problem. Have you
recently installed any new programs to play or edit media files? You could
try uninstalling that program.

(VCL).
