Default SAME 16 bit /AUTOEXEC.NT Message/DOS

First let me say that I am a NEWBIE...wouldn't know DOS if it hit me in the
face. The other thing I can say, is I have had my Lexmark photo printer for
nearly a YEARwhile changing out different parts, I noticed a change in my
printer options..so I decided to uninstall/reinstall. NOnow I get this
message. The drivers haven't changed...SAME installation CDNOW I CAN"T
INSTALL AT ALLIsn't there a way to correct this SIMPLYfor those of us who
AREN'T PROGRAMMERS?? I AM MORE CONFUSED THAN BEFORE

Ok, I drive my car every day, know how to fill gas, water, check air pressure and so on.
But sometimes I hit a problem that I can't fix myself because I AM NOT CAR MECHANIC!!!
Then I have to visit a garage (yep I HATE IT - but the other choice is walking...)

Regards,
