Default Question Virtual Memory

Under My Computer/Properties/Performance Option/Advanced etc. It says under
Virtual Memory - Available:146030mb, Recommended 1533mb, Initial (current
setting) 1536mb, Maximum 3072mb. Should I increase it? It is currently set
at Custom Managed size, is it better set to "System Managed" size? I guess
what I'm asking is what benefits if any would I get by increasing it?
