Default Windows file deletion bug, It's Alive!

Easy to reproduce here...
Do a clean restart. I removed everything from the start menu, probably
not necessary, just make sure the file manager is not open before
restarting. Then navigate to a secondary drive, not drive C. Select a
file and then press Delete. And watch carefully as the focus has
changed. Don't see it? That's because it already happened. You must be
quick.
