Windows XP SP3, unable to login to Version 2009 (Build 14.0.8064.2
i`m using Windows XP SP3, i off my firewall, i uninstall all my antivirus...
but i still cant login... i dont have any error msg ... but i do encounter a problem ... when i click signin, i`ll receive "Windows Live Communications Platform has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience." i`ve tried almost all the troubleshooting but still cant login ... i install and uninstall many times .. but also same ... wat can i do to solve the problem ?? |

I have had NOTHING but problems when I have updated to this version and the
one previous to it. My camera stuff did nto work right. In latest version (14.0.8064.206) it does send my video cam but will not allow me to see it. I have finally had enough and removed it and went back to ver 8.1 IT works.
