stop language bar from auto starting
the lanuage bar on the xp desktop starts automatically
whenever i logon. how do i configure it not to do so???

Control Panel/Regional and Language Options/Languages tab, click details. Control Panel (classic view) Regional and Language Options Languages Details Settings Language Bar. Uncheck box to display icon on taskbar.
