Default cannot log on

Try this
restart your computer, and then when the bios is loading
as soon as you start yur computer, hold f8, then start
insafe mode and log on as the all powerful system
administrator that is a completely different account from
the accounts that are on your computer. once in this
account, delete your password, reboot, and create another
password for yourself
