Default Removing AOL safely from my HD

You can delete AOL files. I did too.
Uninstall any AOL programs and delete any other files or
shortcuts you find. AOL really threads itself into your
computer.
-----Original Message-----
I have a folder in programs from AOL, the offer for free

service. I
have no interest in this and would like to remove it.

There is no
UNINSTALL. How do I get rid of it without messing up

anything else?
Can I just delete that folder, or is it interlaced into

other areas of
my XP Pro OS?

I'm sure there are more instances of AOL on my computer,

too. It came
packaged with such software from Dell.

Thanks
.
