SATA HDD (secondary) without reinstalling XP?
Hi all
Is it possible to install a second SATA HDD without re-installing XP (i.e. enable SATA in the BIOS and install the drivers from a floppy disc yet still keep the OS on the primary HDD)? TIA BillL

Yes, it should be possible. As long as the SATA drivers exists on the
install version of XP, you should be able to add the drive as a second drive. "Bill L" wrote in message ...
