Weird Netmeeting Error

What you are saying is that the directory windows opens minimized? Is it
perhaps opening underneath and is obscured by other windows ( minimize all
others one at a time to determine).

As far as I can tell I don't see this phenonmenon -- the directory page
opens on top of other windows and is resizable by using the maximize button
or by grabbing or dragging the edges or corners of the window.





Is there any way to reset Netmeeting profile without affect the
setting in the other Office products?

I am not sure what you are saying "other Office products" -- NetMeeting is
unrelated to Office and as far as I know is not the root cause of whatever
you are seeing.
