hey...clean sweep?
Ok here is the problem...I have Xp loaded on the comp,but
i dont have the disc. So i went out to office depot and the guy told me i could clean sweep it with just the upgrade version. But when i try to it cant find the path...Did i get ripped off? Or is there a way i can clean sweep it? Please help ASAP! Thanks |

hey...clean sweep?
With an upgrade version the only way to do a Clean Install is to have
another Windows CD to put in when asked for it, to qualify you to use an upgrade. It can be a windows 98 cd if it's the home version. You have to put in the XP cd + reboot and choose "boot from CD" on the black screen. DC |
