Default Scrollbar width adjustment

Is there a way to set the scroll bar width?
I've Googled it to no avail -- instructions don't work.
Thanks

Right click Desktop, Personalize, Window Color, Advanced appearance
settings, Item tab, Scrollbar.

Yes, there is! Have a look at Winaero Tweaker and search for
"Scrollbars". Worked perfectly for me just now.

There is no "Advanced" there.
Perhaps because of my personalizations; theme etc.
That "Advanced" route seem limited to Windows Classic.

It works ! Thanks.
But if there are two vertical scroll bars (a sidebar present),
the right side bar (main bar) is not wider.
I'm seeing that in Agent right now.

It is there. If you're using an Aero theme, then when you go into
Colors, look for the words "Advanced appearance settings..." - they're
not a button, just blue words, but they are a link. In a Classic theme,
just clicking on the Color takes you right there, no "Advanced" needed.

my opinion. I'm not telling people who adore Shakespeare to stop adoring it

The trick I was missing:
FIRST select "My theme"; THEN select "Windows Color / Windows Classic"
(not intuitive!) then select scrollbar and adjust width.
